💳 When will my membership activate after payment?
Your membership activates immediately after successful payment. You will receive an email with download links and activation instructions (please check your spam folder).
🔄 Will it auto-renew?
No auto-renewal. You need to manually renew after expiration. We'll send reminder emails 7 days before and on expiration day.
📄 How do I get an invoice?
Paddle automatically generates an electronic receipt. For a formal invoice, contact customer service with your company information and tax ID, and we'll send it within 3 business days.
💻 How many devices can one account use?
Each account can only be used on one device at a time. To switch devices, please log out from the old device first, then log in on the new device.
